Summary
Seeking to contract with a qualified firm to perform the following services: - Design and administer an annual employee engagement survey - Provide a reporting platform for the Sewer District team to generate custom reports - Analyze survey results and provide recommendations for action planning The success of this project is based on meeting the following objectives: - Measure current levels of employee engagement as well as provide a current state of employee perceptions on employee experience - Provide the Sewer District with clear recommendations that will strengthen and advance the employee experience, organizationally, by employee population and by specific business function.
