East Field Water Main Improvements

The East Field Water Main Improvements project replaces piping between the US Coast Guard and Superbay, removes most potable and fire water mains from the East Field, and installs new laterals to each building from North Access Road. The contract requires a California Class A license, a Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement of 11%, and an estimated construction cost of $14,900,000$17,200,000. Bids are sealed, must be submitted through the Airport e-Procurement portal, and the contract time is 320 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
