Power wash the entire roof deck. Mask off as necessary to prevent overspray. Re-coat the entire foam roof deck with 1 (one) coat of white elastomeric acrylic coating at a rate of 2 (two) gallon per 100 square foot. Contingency pricing for all wood rot discovered during the tear-off. Provide: cxd - plywood, 3/4 inch plywood, 2 x 6 x 12 framing, 2 x 4 x 12 framing, screws, nails, and flashing as needed.
