The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) seeks a licensed, qualified supplier to supply, deliver, and provide wet-hose fueling services of Renewable Diesel (RD99), red dyed No. 2 diesel (Type 2-D), and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) for its passenger DMU fleet and freight locomotives. Nightly wet-hose fueling to DMUs is required between 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM daily at the Rail Operation Center in Santa Rosa, with bi-weekly fueling for freight locomotives at the Schellville Freight Depot; the supplier must provide hoses and low-flow nozzles. The contract initial term begins June 1, 2026 for three years with two optional one-year extensions; proposals are due Feb 13, 2026 and questions are due Feb 2, 2026.
