Design engineering services for redesign of County Trunk Highway W (CTH W) from USH 12 to STH 136: full roadway design and PS&E including pavement design, environmental report (programmatic), wetland determination, utility coordination and permitting, surveying and ROW plats, soils/subsurface investigations, intersection and access control evaluations, public involvement (one informational meeting), meetings, and preparation of full plans. Proposals limited to 15 pages must include proposed team/subconsultants, similar-project experience, schedule, and a cost estimate within ±$5,000; submit five copies to Sauk County Highway Department (contact: Patrick Gavinski).
