Provide demolition of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way and/or easement areas.

Kenai Peninsula Borough

Work includes complete demolition and removal of the central peninsula landfill baler system, heat exchanger, and associated ductwork. Work will include draining oil tanks, removing all associated components of the baler system, removing all associated components of the heat exchanger system, and disposing of all demolished materials. After baler demolition, backfill the site and pour concrete slab to slope correctly with existing pad.

Town of Ware

Complete demolition of two structures as required and the removal of all contents and debris found indoors and outdoors on the two parcels. The site of the two properties shall be restored to a smooth surface condition.
