Demolition and Removal of Abandoned Communication Towers

Pasco County Schools seeks contractors to perform demolition and removal of abandoned communication towers (60–140 ft) on an as‑needed basis; award of one Primary and one Secondary vendor under a 5‑year contract. Scope includes complete tower dismantling (antennas, cabling, shelters), removal of concrete foundations to minimum 3 ft below grade, extraction of guy anchors, hazardous‑material characterization/disposal, material segregation/recycling, site restoration (topsoil, grading, seeding/sodding), permits, traffic control, and final inspections. Mandatory requirements: licensed and insured firms, OSHA‑compliant safety plan, equipment/personnel capable of handling structures up to 140 ft, documented safety record/EMR, references, and specified submission attachments.
