Work includes removing two buildings, one gazebo, and one and the hauling/disposal of the debris appropriately. All components of the septic system on the property will be removed completely as part of this project. Slabs and raised foundations will be removed fully, as well as sidewalks, stairs, and ramps. Contractor shall remove all shrubbery and trees directly around both buildings and gazebo identified by the cor.
