Provide toilet vault conversion. Retrofit of (11) existing composting toilet systems to pumpable vault toilets, including the removal of existing toilet composting storage tanks and the installation of liner membrane materials and associated work in the existing vaulted areas.

Work included in the contract. 1.Erosion control. 2.Clearing and grubbing. 3.Vault Toilet removal and disposal. 4.Excavation for Vault Toilet. 5.Vault Toilet (OFCI) installation by MPCA-licensed SSTS installer. 6.Installation of precast concrete pad (OFCI). 7.Aggregate path construction. 8.Site restoration and seeding.
