Work shall include, but nor be limited to, installation of erosion control measures, removal/replacement of two (2) existing 48" High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) culverts with precast concrete box structure supported by cast in-place concrete footing on the existing roadway alignment, raising the existing roadway profile, installation of guard and bridge rails, placement of binder and wearing pavement courses, placement of shoulder leveling gravel material, placement of fertilizer and loam and seed.
