Courthouse Cleaning & Janitorial Services - (RFP)

Providing cleaning/janitorial services. Clean both sets of glass doors and surrounding windows at the main courthouse entrance. This includes the exterior set of doors leading into the vestibule and the interior set of doors leading into the courthouse lobby. This also includes the Security Office window in the vestibule. Vacuum the area in between the two sets of glass doors at the main courthouse entrance. The initial term of this contract shall be between one (1) and three (3) years, subject to negotiation. Additional one (1) year annual renewals may also be negotiated, but in no case will the final length of service be for a period longer than five (5) years. See attached file.
