Removal of outdated façade materials and thorough cleaning of the building exterior; Structural repairs to address any cracks, voids, or weather-related damage on all elevations; Re-tar shingle seams on the roof line and re-caulk the drip edge well; Rinse building complete; Scrape all loose and peeling paint; Synergy patch a few areas in drysuit around store front entrance; Prime all areas needed; Caulk open gaps; Repaint building complete with two (2) coats of Sherwin-Williams Exterior Super Satin paint; Paint loading dock stairway and store front windows with industrial black oil, and the top of the sign; Apply Sherwin-Williams Safety Yellow paint to the bollards and double doors adjacent to the overhead door; Installation of premium, visually striking cladding to enhance the building’s architectural presence.
