Continuing Services for General Contractors and Construction Managers (RFP)

Seeking qualifications from general contractors with knowledge and experience in providing construction services regulated by the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA)-reviewable for hospital projects and low-risk business occupancy hospital projects. Broward Health intends to pre-qualify general contractors capable of providing sustainable construction management and/or general construction services on a national, state, and/or local level with the capacity to take on projects ranging up to $7.5 million, consistent with ch. 255, Fla. Statute. Projects may include 1) new construction; 2) renovation and expansions; 3) medical equipment installations and replacements; 4) selective infrastructure equipment installations and replacements; and 5) work performed in patient care and hospital licensed facilities.
