Construction of Fort Bend County Annex - Fresno Paving and Drainage Improvements for Fort Bend County

Construction of County Annex - Fresno Paving and Drainage Improvements. This project will be a 2-Phase reconstruction of an existing parking lot. Project will provide new subgrade, revised grading, new pedestrian handicap ramp(s) and new drainage features. The proposed drainage system will tie into TxDOT’s FM 521 trunk line. Coordination will be required. Contractor to maintain positive drainage flow within the property, including the grass ditches, throughout construction. The shared access road must remain open at all times.
