Construction Management Services - (Request for Qualifications)

Provide construction management services for general building and facility needs across the district. Services may include planning support, renovations, additions, and new construction projects as identified by the district over time. Construction management services may include, but are not limited to: preconstruction planning and cost estimating; scheduling and constructability reviews; value engineering and budget management; coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants; procurement and bid phase support; construction phase management and on-site coordination; quality control, safety coordination, and progress reporting; project closeout support (services may be provided as CM at risk, agency cm, or other delivery methods as determined by the district. )
