Drainage issue on East side of new gym. Dig land drain approx. 100' x 6' deep and tie into the existing storm drain system also remove approx. 100 x 5' sidewalk (1/2 width) of sinking sidewalk and re-pour with proper slope. Possibly add land drain along the building and also tie into existing land drain. BID- Tear out and replace existing sidewalk on east side of gym wall, add land drain along the gym wall and east of the current sidewalk, tie in land drains to existing storm drain. Proper sub-soils will need to be added and compacted before sidewalk is poured. Excavation will be approx. 60' L X 25' W x 6' D Contractor will need to access the site from the North side of property. No dump truck access will be allowed on the East side of the property. Contractor to haul off all unused soil along with concrete and repair/replace sod as needed. Foundation water proofing will need to be verified and added as needed. Add trough drain at bottom of stairway along North side gym wall and tie into existing storm drain. Sika flex all seems or cracks in current sidewalk/stairway .
