The city of communications building is a new, two-story municipal facility designed to support the city's communications and emergency management operations. Work includes final clean, casework, waterproofing, caulking, air barrier, metal panels, doors, frames, and hardware, glass & glazing, operable partitions, acoustical ceilings, hard tile, flooring, painting, specialties, appliances, signage, hvac screening, prefabricated aluminum canopies, window treatments, fencing, and landscaping.
