The City of Chamblee is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms for pre-construction services and construction of the Nancy Creek and Savoy Trail project. The work includes installing approximately 6,800 linear feet of 12-ft wide multi-use concrete trail, three prefabricated pedestrian bridges, retaining walls, ADA sidewalk connections, streambank stabilization, storm drainage, landscaping, erosion/sediment control, and related site work; the contract will cover pre-construction, subcontractor procurement, and construction services.
