Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Southerly Water Reclamation Plant (SWRP) Switching Station Replacement Project. Three (3) of the five (5) switching stations at the SWRP are past their useful life and require replacement. This project will replace this 15kV switchgear while also modifying the power distribution system within the plant. The selected CMAR will collaborate with the City and Architect during pre-construction, providing cost estimating, phasing, permitting planning, subcontractor pre-qualification, and cash flow projections. Upon completion of pre-construction services, the City may amend the contract to include construction services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
