Cleaning of City Hall Offices

The work to be performed under this contract generally consist of (but not limited to): General: weekly cleaning of the restrooms - wiping down of all surfaces (toilet, sink, urinal, mirrors, shelves), basic mopping of floors, restock of supplies. Kitchen - wipe down all surfaces (counter, backsplash, outside of fridge, and microwave), scour sink, clean dishes and mop floor. Dustmop the community room and hall way. Vacuum all carpet. Monthly task would be the moping of the community room and hallway, cleaning the display glass in community room and hall way, cleaning the windows (both inside and out) and the glass front door. Deep scrub the restroom floors and fixtures, de-cobweb the ceilings artwork, tops of doors and the like. Cleaning products will be supplied. Wipe out the fridge and microwave.
