AvailableThe contractor shall provide any and all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for and incidental to the cleaning and removal of oily waste(s) consisting of liquid, solids and sludge from collection units: oil/water separators, separator vaults, sediment pits, car wash and other sumps, piping systems and waste oil storage tanks for the servicing/maintenance of these collection units and conducting annual inspections of the oil/water separators to ensure their proper operation and the removal of other non-hazardous waste(s) (liquid, solid and sludge) from parts washing tanks; removal and disposal of non-hazardous chemical cleaners stored in tanks and cleaning of these tanks; removal by high pressure water blasting and disposal of non- hazardous material (dried/cured varnish) from vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) system tanks and the cleaning of these tanks as well as other surfaces (floors, walls, platforms) contaminated with cured VPI varnish at various railcar maintenance, overhaul and diesel shop locations.
