Wisconsin Department of Children and Families
Perform title IV-E eligibility recommendation services for foster care, Adoption Assistance (AA) and Subsidized Guardianship (SG) programs. Perform licensing and caregiver background check verification, audit support and data entry into the eWiSACWIS system. Provide Supplemental Security Income (SSI) advocacy services for children in court ordered out of home care. Provide oversight of Child Support Trust Funds for children in out of home care. Provide administrative support services to Child Welfare, Adoption Assistance, and Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children programs. The anticipated contract start date is October 1, 2026, and shall continue through December 31, 2032, which includes a three-month transition (October, November and December). All direct services must begin January 1, 2027. By mutual agreement of DCF and the Contractor, the contract may be renewed up to 2 additional 1-year periods and shall be subject to satisfactory performance and continued availability of funds.
