CHANGE ORDER NOTICE - Midwest Fleet Manager

Description: The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has issued a Change Order Notice (Bid #27-494DOT-FINAD-B-53037) to extend an existing Midwest Fleet Manager contract for the Midwest High-Speed Rail program. The change order extends the contract term from August 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, adding funding to prevent a lapse in coverage before the current contract expires on July 31, 2026. The vendor will continue providing fleet management services across the Midwest states of Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, and Wisconsin, coordinating the High-Speed Rail program with the Maintenance Contractor, Federal Rail Administration, Service Operator, and Midwest States Oversight Body.
