Vendors should include all necessary mounting hardware, grounding, and labeling for a turn-key solution.

Purchase Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections (BMIC) and MIBS for new equipment – Licenses that include services such as software upgrades and patches, (including bug fixes and security patches), and online and telephone-based technical assistance and tools that are typically standard fixed priced offerings or manufacturer maintenance support services (MSS) are sometimes classified as Managed Internal Broadband (MIBS) or Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections (BMIC) by USAC. MIBS and BMIC have been included in the 470 for new equipment requests for this purpose.
