The purpose of the Opioid Settlement Fund Application is to identify qualified organizations and to respond to the opioid crisis through opioid abatement response strategies, including treatment, prevention, and other services. The goal of this approach is to fund projects in Cass County that will have a high impact, particularly for Cass County communities most disproportionately impacted by the opioid crisis, while building upon local efforts to support community-focused and collaborative evidence-informed approaches that prevent and address addiction across the areas of the community, public health, human services, and public safety.
