To provide at least two grants to at least two schools for energy efficiency projects (projects) in 2025-2026. The department is seeking proposals from qualified professionals with expertise in energy efficiency projects and improvements to provide technical monitoring related to the projects. Women-owned, veteran-owned, and/or minority-owned businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.

City of Santa Rosa

Providing energy conservation and efficiency services. The City seeks a partner to design, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, battery storage, and other energy-saving measures across municipal facilities.

Connecticut Green Bank

Clean energy-related services to assist in its role as both administrator of the c-pace program and a capital provider. Respondents may propose to provide services for one or multiple services requested. Provide some or all the following clean energy-related services for C-PACE: Clean energy contractor recruitment and training to expand the C-PACE Qualified Contractor base; Technical review of clean energy projects to ensure consistency with program Technical Standards and performance requirements (e.g. Savings to Investment Ratio (“SIR”) >1.0 or whole-building energy performance modeling); Technical and sales support of clean energy projects for C-PACE stakeholders; Perform energy assessments and produce reports for commercial and multifamily buildings; Technical support for clean energy projects to the Green Bank for administration of C- PACE; C-PACE clean energy project commissioning oversight.
