Boyceville WWTF Upgrades

The Project includes the following Work: At the WWTF (STR. 20, 21, 22, 23, & 24) – Equipment demolition, selective structural demolition, new wood framed blower and electrical building with metal siding, standing seam metal roofing, and concrete foundation. New positive displacement blowers, electrical equipment, lagoon fine and coarse bubble aeration, lagoon surface aerators, groundwater process well, valves, piping, flow meters, level elements, erosion control, painting, plumbing, HVAC, instrumentation & controls, and SCADA system. Lift Station No. 1 (STR. 11) – Equipment demolition, selective structural demolition, new dry pit raw wastewater pumps, valves, piping, flowmeters, level elements, painting, electrical equipment, control panel, instrumentation & controls, and telemetry. \r Lift Station No. 2 (STR. 12) – Equipment demolition, selective structural demolition, new dry pit raw wastewater pumps, valves, piping, flowmeters, level elements, painting, electrical equipment, control panel, generator, instrumentation & controls, and telemetry. Lift Station No. 3 (STR .13) – Selective structural demolition, new submersible raw wastewater pumps, new FRP wetwell and valve vault, valves, piping, flowmeters, level elements, erosion control, painting, electrical equipment, control panel, generator, instrumentation & controls, and telemetry.
