Boundary County Justice Building Remodel

City of Troutdale

Remodel the interior spaces and construct a new addition to the Troutdale WPCF Admin Building. The spaces will include new offices, conference room, break room and other spaces. Remodel to existing doors, walls, windows, and MEP systems is anticipated. The project also proposes new site features including a new electrical service feeder, new parking lot, utilities, and landscape paving.

Des Moines Water Works

Project consists of remodel a portion of the second floor of the current distribution building for des moines water works. This remodel will include office space, conference space, training space, storage space and exercise room. See outside link.

Sagemeadow Utility District

Project includes an interior and exterior remodeling of the district's administration building.
