Benefits Audit Consulting Services (RFP)

Providing consulting services to audit the Tribe's existing self-funded health plans. There is one Employee Plan and one Tribal Member only plan, combined individual enrollment for the two plans is approx. 6,200 members. The audit should include an examination of existing Plan designs; Provider network, Third Party Administration; Pharmacy Benefit Manager; Costs vs. Benchmarks; Concierge services; Public Health Administrative System; and any other elements worth noting as discovered during the assessment. The goal of this undertaking is to identify areas to improve, cost savings, elements to sustain and validate overall plan effectiveness.
