The following are the specific tasks the contractor is required to perform under this award: Task 1: Project Management: The contractor shall provide project management support to coordinate and manage all activities performed under this contract. The contractor shall implement project management methods to ensure tasks are completed within established timelines, resources are effectively utilized, and quality control procedures are implemented to meet the objectives of this contract. The contractor shall manage project activities in coordination with the PQC Program Manager (PM) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and shall ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and progress reporting throughout the period of performance.
