Audio Visual Support Services for Rowan County Buildings

Rowan County is soliciting proposals for Audio Visual (AV) support services for all county buildings to provide maintenance, troubleshooting, software updates, and occasional after-hours assistance for AV systems across approximately 25–30 sites. The work includes servicing Extron-preferred equipment and legacy Crestron systems, providing labor, materials, supervision, a fee schedule (hourly, after-hours, emergency, programming, installation), and adhering to permitting and licensing requirements; subcontracting is prohibited and vendors must be within a one-hour service radius.
