Demolition the contractor shall demolish and remove all primary and accessory structures on the property, including but not limited to wells, pump houses, fences, walls, signs, sign poles, foundations, basements, footings, pools, walkways, steps, and slabs, where applicable. 2. Removal of personal property and debris the contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all items remaining on site, including trailers, box trailers, junk vehicles, storage containers, construction materials, and fencing. 3. Pavement unless otherwise specified in writing, all existing asphalt and concrete parking areas and driveways shall remain undisturbed.
