Annex Cleaning (RFQ)

Seeking qualified cleaning vendors to perform a thorough cleaning of a previously unoccupied office space. The cleaning should ensure all surfaces and floors are restored to a clean, safe, and sanitary condition suitable for occupancy. Space may have had prior minor water-related issues; vendors should ensure cleaning addresses any residual effects while maintaining standard cleaning practices. Services to include General Cleaning: Dust, wipe, and sanitize all surfaces from floor to ceiling, including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, fixtures, exterior vents, bathrooms, & kitchenette. Flooring: Carpet: Deep cleaning (steam/hot water extraction), stain removal as needed. Tile/Other: Scrubbing, sanitizing and grout cleaning.Hardwood: Sweeping, mopping, and polishing without damaging finishes. Surface Maintenance: Inspect and clean surfaces for any minor residual effects of previous moisture exposure (e.g., odor) Products & Safety: Use environmentally safe products compliant with Massachusetts workplace regulations. Waste Management: Proper disposal of debris and cleaning materials. Selected contractor must have all equipment to perform services.
