Summary
Demolish existing concrete and wood structure and construct new three-story mixed-use building. New building will contain Raymond City Hall and a Community Resource Center on the ground floor, and 18 studio- and one-bedroom affordable apartments on the second and third floors. Building is three stories of wood-frame construction, a structural concrete slab and grade beans, bearing on a deep-pile foundation. Demolition includes removal and/or partial removal of existing timber piles and utilities. Site work includes asphalt paving, concrete stairs and ramps on deep piles, and sidewalk and paving restoration in the public ROW. Infrastructure improvements include new connections to water service (for domestic and fire), sanitary sewer, and storm drainage. Three-phase electrical service is provided by the Pacific County PUD and must be brought to the site underground.
