The North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management is soliciting qualified vendors to provide Emergency Medical Services during disaster response or medical surge events. The scope includes ground ALS/BLS, paratransit, and rotary or fixed-wing services, as well as EMS and nursing personnel. This is a three-year contract open to qualified vendors nationwide to support emergency operations within the state.

Heavy Equipment Rentals (with and without operators), Medical Services (ambulances, etc.), Repair Services (chainsaw repair, auto mechanic, tire repair), Sanitation (portable toilets, hand wash and laundry units), Satellite Communication, Logging Equipment (operated) – Road graders, feller bunchers, mulcher/masticators
