Pool Management: The Contractor shall partner with the AFRH-W in continuously improving the quality of programs and services offered to residents. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to ensure that pool maintenance services are performed at AFRH-W. The Contractor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Provide pool boiler cleaning, maintenance, and repair services. Perform visual inspection of all external components, including frame, plates, gaskets, bolts, and connections. Inspect for signs of leaks, seepage, scaling, corrosion, or gasket failure. Check for unusual temperature differentials across the heat exchanger indicating potential internal fouling. Verify tightening bolts remain within the manufacturer's recommended torque range (no adjustment unless specified). Full disassembly of plate & frame heat exchanger (frequency may be annual or per manufacturer's recommendation based on use, water quality, and demand). Mechanical cleaning of plates to remove scale, debris, and biological buildup using approved non-abrasive tools. See outside link.
