Adolescent Literacy Toolkit

The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) seeks a vendor to design, develop, and deliver a Digital Adolescent Literacy Toolkit of resources, video exemplars, and asynchronous professional development for grades 4–12 aligned to the science of reading and accessible to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The contract period begins upon execution and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2027, with materials housed on the Indiana Learning Lab. Proposals are to be submitted through the State Supplier Portal; the solicitation includes MWBE/IVOSB participation goals and an estimated value range of $500,000–$2,000,000.
