Accounting Services Consultant - Request for Qualifications

The consultant shall provide planning consultant services in performing multi-modal countywide and corridor transportation studies, Interstate Access Justification Reports (IAJR) and traffic analysis. The Scope of Work must detail the consultant’s approach/methodology for conducting Countywide and Corridor studies and for completing IAJRs. Additionally, the Consultant should have the ability to provide, either with its own forces or through a sub-consultant team member, comprehensive services which may arise during the project cycle.
