Unilateral contract closeout will begin ten business days after posting; contractors listed in the attachment have until the response date to contact the POC to request bilateral closeout or to present reasons not to close. The notice is administrative (per FAR 4.804), not a solicitation for new work or a grant, and applies only to identified incumbent contract holders.
