Contractor shall possess valid Top-Secret clearance upon award of contract to enter a Top-Secret facility. May also require a Secret Facility Clearance. Contractor will provide integration to existing equipment to add Intrusion Detection System (IDS) monitoring through Fort Bragg Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) to an Army prototype system being placed in a Temporary Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (TSCIF) for the 525 th Expeditionary-Military Intelligence Brigade (525 th E-MIB). Contractor shall add (1) motion sensor inside the vehicle and (2) sensors outside to monitor the doors on the prototype vehicle. All sensors will interface to the existing Balanced Magnetic Switch (BMS) on the rear door and integrate those into the existing DAQ IDS system to the DES/PMO for MP response. These signals will be programmed as a 24/7 zone that will be armed/disarmed with the existing system. The BMS will be installed and in good working condition. The contractor will have access to the panels to pull cable inside the vehicle platform without effecting warranty OR someone will remove/reinstall those panels so they can pull the necessary cable. There is room in the existing molex plugs for (8) additional wires; (2) for low voltage power to the motion sensors, (4) for trigger points on both motions and (2) for trigger on the existing BMS. There are conductors from the platform to the interface panel on the rear loading dock in the existing whip to get to the building. Contractor shall add a RIOX board in the existing Remote Area Data Collector (RADC) to monitor these points. Contractor shall communicate with personnel within the compound, and DES personnel to coordinate the connections, programming and testing required for integration.
