The purpose of this project is to replace floor material in approx. 30 inpatient restrooms, including floor and walls in roll-in shower areas, with an epoxy-base sealant. This effort includes approximately 3500 square feet of flooring, extending 6 inches up all walls, and wainscot where existing and shower walls and floors. Additionally, 5 rooms in the inpatient dialysis area will include the removal of existing sheet goods, surface preparation, and installation of new epoxy flooring with a 6" epoxy base. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for as required by drawings and specifications to be provided
