Seal Inpatient Restroom Floors. Seal Inpatient Restroom Floors at the Sain Louis City, MO VAMC, John Cochran Division. The purpose of this project is to replace floor material in approx. 30 inpatient restrooms, including floor and walls in roll-in shower areas, with an epoxy-base sealant. This effort includes approximately 3500 square feet of flooring, extending 6 inches up all walls, and wainscot where existing and shower walls and floors. Additionally, 5 rooms in the inpatient dialysis area will include the removal of existing sheet goods, surface preparation, and installation of new epoxy flooring with a 6" epoxy base. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for as required by drawings and specifications to be provided

The Department of Veterans Affairs (Network Contracting Office 15 / Veterans Integrated Service Network 15) issued a Sources Sought notice for Project 657-26-105 to conduct interior physical security upgrades, including rekeying with electronic cores (Medeco XT or approved equal), installation of motion intrusion equipment, security cameras, and other related physical security and flooring restoration work at the John Cochran Division of the Saint Louis City, Missouri VA Medical Center. This notice is for market research only (not a request for proposals) and is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); interested parties must submit a capability statement via email. Responses are due January 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST; the project magnitude is anticipated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and potential offerors must be registered in SAM and have required VA/VIP verification for SDVOSB status.
