Air Mobility Command
DESIGN BUILD: Contractors under this contract will perform a wide variety of construction tasks, including: design-build projects; renovation and upgrade projects; new construction requiring integration of multiple trades; and repair/replacement of infrastructure such as roadways, airfield taxiways, and runways. These tasks will span a broad range of trades, including carpentry, demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, concrete masonry, welding, and paving.

The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on various real property facilities at installations covered under this contract, including design and engineering services incidental to construction. The work to be performed will require the use of multiple trades including, but not limited to trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, pipe fitting, sheet metal, welding, roofing, site work, site utilities, excavation, concrete, masonry, asbestos abatement, lead paint removal, security hardware installation, and demolition.
