2026 PAVEMENT OVERLAY CIP NO. ST022 RFP

Description: The City of San Marcos, California is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bid IFB CONBID 26-03) for the 2026 Pavement Overlay CIP No. ST022 project, part of the City's ongoing Capital Improvement Program to maintain and upgrade pavement infrastructure. The work generally consists of asphalt pavement removal and replacement, cold milling and overlay of existing pavement surfaces, improvements to concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and curb ramps, utility adjustments, striping, and related construction.
