Therefore, no competition is being sought at this time. The sole source modification to the existing contract will provide nga with tailored hd support that captures the end-to-end processes involved with managing people resources in the organization, from recruitment to retirement and everything in between, in accordance with the office of personnel management (opm) guidelines.
