2026 Excavation Services — City of Alpena

City of Alpena requests proposals for 2026 excavation services: water and sewer excavation including removal/replacement of water services for Lead & Copper compliance, emergency repairs, and replacement of water and sewer mains and services. Bidders must furnish labor, equipment, materials, hourly rate sheets and unit/unit pricing, a Contractor's Qualification Statement, required bonds and insurance, and attend a mandatory onsite pre‑proposal meeting. The city may award multiple contracts and assign emergency work based on contractor availability.
