Summary
Provide e-rate category 2 services for MIBS. Managed internal broadband services (MIBS) (including managed Wi-Fi): services provided by a third party for the operation, management, and monitoring of eligible broadband internal connection components, including actual day-to-day tasks that directly support and are necessary for broadband connectivity within schools and libraries. Includes: but not limited to monitoring all eligible hardware and software, reporting on overall health and stability of system(s); accurate reporting and strategic recommendations: services necessary to manage and repair the LAN/WLAN network, such as diagnostic services, 24-hour network monitoring, or helpdesk support; installation, activation, and initial configuration of eligible components.
