Summary
Provide asphalt pavement crack sealing program. The asphalt pavement network comprising nine roadway segments and four cul de sacs located in the oak pointe subdivision. This roadway network exhibits a recurring pattern of longitudinal cracking located along or near the roadway crown, extending continuously through much of the length of each roadway and cul-de-sacs. This longitudinal cracking is accompanied by secondary cracking that branches laterally and roughly perpendicular to the primary crack, forming a pattern of ancillary distress adjacent to the crown. The uniformity of this condition across the roadway structure suggests a common underlying cause rather than isolated construction defects.
