2026 Bond Counsel (Request For Qualification)

Borough of Roseland

Provide legal services and opinion in connection with issuance of bonds and other debt instruments and to assist with matters concerning the Local Finance Board ("Bond Counsel"). The engagement will be for the calendar year 2026.

City of Rahway

Provision of 2026 bond counsel services.

Township of Alexandria

Bond Counsel must have at least ten (10) years prior experience in tax law, securities law and state law and at least ten (10) years prior experience representing municipalities in connection with the approval of bond ordinances and the issuance of municipal bonds and/or notes. Counsel must maintain a bona fide office in the State of New Jersey.
