Project will consist of the following: remove the old carpet from the corridors and dispose of properly; remove baseboard; remove old glue adhesive to acquire new bonding surface; install new carpet tiles with proper adhesion glue; install new carpet baseboard with proper adhesion glue; install new trim where needed (stairwell landings) door entrances etc. ; capet tile to be no larger than 18 x 36; include elevators east and west for new carpet tiles.
